We are a congress management agency with ample experience as a meeting organizer of national and international events, both small and large.

We take care of the design, preparation, implementation and management of your meeting, so you may focus on the content of your event, your delegates, your sponsors, and the educational or business aims you have defined.
Based in Alexandria, Folder Group is ideally situated to serve as the PCO for meetings held in Egypt. However, we also support meeting organizer outside Egypt.
For the corporate meeting market we provide customized arrangements with a personal touch. Hotel and venue selection, program logistics, private dining and restaurant reservations, on-site support and supervising. A successful meeting is more than just the meeting itself, which is something we understand like no other.
What we do:
- Meeting design: based on your ideas and requirements, we help you develop the optimal meeting architecture, select the most appropriate venue, technical support and meeting date(s), identify potential speakers, moderators, and target audience.
- Financial management: we assist in developing the project budget, funding and sponsoring acquisition and monitor income and expenses on an ongoing basis; at the end of the project we prepare a detailed financial report.
- Logistics: hotel reservation, travel and transportation arrangements, catering, audiovisual support, exhibition planning and management, congress materials, speaker management, print materials, and more.
- Marketing and promotion: define the optimal mix of promotional activities and execute these activities: e.g., website design and content management, email campaigns, social media, print mailings, advertisements, print mailings and press releases.
- Social program: develop and manage a social program fitting your delegate profile, including diners, receptions and excursions.
